health services for Coochiemudlo Island

Our group (Coochiemudlo Island Health Hub Inc) is aiming to improve access to health services for islanders in a financially sustainable manner. We're hoping to attract a broad range of services to the island such as a GP, a nurse, pathology, mental health, allied health, alternative health, aged care and NDIS. To do so we will be organising suitable facilities on island - whether finding a dedicated doctor's room to begin with, or overseeing a complex mixed-use development to establish a permanent home for multiple health and community services in the long term.

We want as many islanders as possible to take out a membership with the health hub - partly to support us financially, but mostly because we need to show strong support in any future grant applications.
